Marlboro complaint: Tobacco falling off a filter

My complaint:

I have bought 2 cartons of Marlboro lights and over half of the cigarettes have came of of the filters. At the current cost this is not right . Where is your quality department doing.

Suggested solution:

I think you should repay for this.
