My complaint:
I bought a carton of Marlboro 100s and 3 packs were stale. I paid 65. Dollars at a convenience store . I took the carton back to where I bout them from and explained it to the manager but the manager said there was nothing he could do about the stale cigarette. He took the carton of cigarettes and said he was throwing it away he would not exchange them or give me back my money. All he said is contact marlboro . So hear I’m writing to you. I’m disappointed in the carton of marlboro menthol 100 and the manager of the store.
Suggested solution:
Either by giving me another carton or my 65 dollars back
