Marlboro complaint: product issue

My complaint:

I purchased 3 cartons of Marlboro Reds 100. All the packs in question have either stims of tobacco or wood slivers and don’t burn properly. They taste stale.

Suggested solution:

Replace the 3 cartons I purchased.
