Marlboro complaint: Marlboro cigarette quality decline forces extra weekly purchases

Normally a packet of cigarettes would last me 2 days. However for the past few months I needed to purchase cigarettes almost every day due to the fact that it either taste like cardboard or the cigarette it self stinks. There is hardly any mint balls in or hardly any tabacco in the cigarettes. I don’t think this is fair where this is now costing me more than would I would using be spending on cigarettes a week. This is definitely not fair. At this point I feel to change my brand where I’ve been smoking this brand for more than 10 years. This started about 2 months ago, at first I didn’t think much of it until my husband complained as well, since then it has just become very bad.

As a result, our household spending on cigarettes has risen sharply. At first a week I spent R220 for myself and husband a week now I’m spending R495 because I need to purchase more packets of cigarettes. To cover the ones where there’s hardly any tabacco in or hardly any mint balls in.

I need compensation for this and for Marlboro to get this fixed. Or I am changing my brand
