My complaint:
I tried to use my coupons in Fallbrook,Ca several times. Each time I was told that cigarette coupons are against the law in Cali and wouldn’t accept them. In a prior complaint i saw your response about 7-11 was “…they should be fined. GREAT! But, who would even DO THAT?
Suggested solution:
Do more research prior to a lame excuse like “Fine” the 7-11.
