Marlboro complaint: Carton of Marlboro

My complaint:

I bought a carton of ciggaretts and inside of it 8 packs of them was split all the way down and i didnt know what to do so i sold them half off.

Suggested solution:

I figure they would repurse me a carton of Marlboro
