My complaint:
I bought 3 cartons of Marlboro mental shorts when I was vacationing there because they were cheaper then home in Wisconsin and a bunch of the cigarettes in each pack are all messed up at the end the paper is all rolled back an inch on one side of the end of the cigarette I still have 8 packs left from it but it’s every pack I open is that why they are cheaper in Michigan I’m not really happy about it the packs are still un crushed and I couldn’t just be happy with it any more I have smoked the same Marlboro cigarettes for 10 years I have thought about switching after this I spent a lot on the smokes over the years or just when I bought the 3 cartons trying to save a few bucks and in the end so many of them are messed up I wish I wouldn’t have tried to save the money now it was like 220$ when I bought the smokes and so many are not any good it was a bad plan to buy them at that point to save a few dollars

Because I’ve smokes them for so many years and have been a straight Marlboro man since my dad and whole family smoke them so I just feel like it’s American Marlboro and Budweiser and apple pie that’s me I would like something done about it it’s the first time I ever complained about any of your products I am ma loyal guy but then I’d you value me or my loyalty I would like something for my loyalty I buy 2 packs a day either way so just tried to save a tiny bit and got screwed on it really
