My complaint:
I got 2 coupons in the mail. One for $1.50 off one pack of any marlboro cigs and the othet for $3 off two packs any marlboro cigs. I tried to use them at 3 different places here in my town and none of them could take it. They scanned the barcode on the coupon but got back some message that they cant use it. I went to Dollar General, Sunoco gas station amd a party store. I dont understand what the problem is.
Suggested solution:
Let me know why my coupons cant be used. They arent expired.
