My complaint:

I was an employee for marcos and every week since i’ve worked there i have gotten my schedule through email and if i ever didn’t i was told otherwise. this past week i took off some days to go on a vacation and i never got my schedule this week so i was excited for a week to relax and not having to go to work because if i didn’t get a schedule that means i’m not scheduled.to make sure i took off the right days before i leave i go to marcos. as i’m walking over to the calendar to make sure i took off the right days one more time before i leave im called over by the manager and she says “what do u want?” and i say “oh i’m just looking at the calendar” she responds saying “you don’t work here anymore” and i was speechless and confused because i never did anything to get fired. i said “what do u mean” and she says “you didn’t come into work when you were scheduled” and i said “i never received a schedule i didn’t know i was supposed to come in, nobody told me.” and she told me it’s my fault and i should’ve known or called. why would i call when no one told me to come into work and i didn’t get an email to be scheduled. i just thought i was off. i then said “ what can i do to fix this” and she responded with nope and i said what and she said nope. i just want to understand how it’s professional to fire me when i didn’t get a schedule and no one called me when they saw me not show up. also not to mention she couldn’t even call me to let me know i was fired. i had to find out when trying to go to the calendar at work.

Suggested solution:

fire the manager or give me compensation for unfairly firing me and being insanely unprofessional.
