My complaint:
I ordered my food online went to the store to pick up both pizzas and they have one of my pizzas to a customer who walked in behind me and I heard the employee tell the other person working they gave one of my pizzas to the wrong customer then had to wait another fifteen minutes while my other pizza got cold worst place I’ve ever ordered pizza
Suggested solution:
They should reimburse me for the cold pizza at least I ordered mine online ahead of time then had to wait because someone walked in while I was waiting and ordered a pizza that was suppose to go with my order or the 20 minutes I spent waiting to get cold food
