My complaint:
Around 1:45PM on September 4th, I went to buy a bag of ice and a bottle of water from here. I paid $10 in cash for the cost of both items [$5.15 total] and the female attendant [I was told her name was Danni/Danny] tried to short change me. She gave me back $4.70 instead of $4.85. She then got mad when I asked her about it. Rather than apologize after two failed attempts to give me my change back correctly, she threw the change at me from across the counter and began to cuss. This location has several one-star complaints…. I believe your company is losing money because of her bad attitude and is relaying a lack of professionalism to old customers as well as new ones from different industries–I work in the film industry and stopped by here briefly after a day of production. If her behavior is representative of Carroll County’s customer service–please believe we will not be bringing any further film or gas business back to this city.
Suggested solution:
Fire that attendant.
