My complaint:
I bought gas at Marathon in Richland Ms in July and the insurance would not reimburse me my cost of the tank of gas or should I say water. They said that Marathon was responsible to pay for that. I have called and talked to Sunny and he told me he was out of town and would call me back. He never called me back and I’ve called the store and his cell phone multiple times and they won’t answer my calls. I’ve even texted asking for my money, but he’s not willing to talk to give me my money owed. I am very disappointed in the customer service I’ve received. All I am asking for is my money back for my tank of water that completely broke my car down.
Suggested solution:
I would like to have my money back for my tank of gas/water. It would be nice to simply have an apology from him too, but I doubt that will happen.
