My complaint:
I paid for $15 worth of gas but it debited $52.69 from my card. Now why would the company debit the whole amount of what it contained when i only purchased $15 worth of gas? Either way, I was told I would be refunded the remainder but fast forward, I still am. Furthermore, Marathon makes it difficult for one of their representatives to talk to you. What if I was a senior citizen and was living on a budget? This is just too ridiculous that they need to hold my balance all this time. If they are worried about whatever it is, close the pumps down at night. Has the world gone topsy-turvy?
Suggested solution:
Just give me my $ back that wasn’t yours to touch to begin with… get someone to assist customer questions on your end. Or just not subtract everything from a person’s account. They need it to live. Thanks
