My complaint:
We have booked our flight for March 2020 to Bali but due to corona we are not able to go and they told us they extended period but later on we are not able to use it giving reason Bali is not open. Now they are saying it is expired on Dec 2022. How it is right your not giving us ticket for use and your not extending it also. We want refund or flight booking for the same.
Suggested solution:
They should give us refund or give flight tickets for the same.
