My complaint:
I first contacted Malindo in March 2020 when our flight out of India was cancelled. They assured me that I would receive a refund and I filled in the form requesting a refund. However a couple of weeks later I received an email saying I would receive a travel voucher. I wrote back and advised they said I would get a refund, but their policy changed.
Since then I have received 3 updated travel vouchers, each time me writing back to Malindo and requesting a refund.
I live in Perth Australia and cannot see us travelling any time soon.
