Hi,
I want to get refund as I was a passenger in OD 192 that got offload twice.
I had to get new ticket from airasia costing more as I bought at the counter 2 hours before the flight because I have my pre-wedding photoshoot and you guys messed up my flight.
I have attached all details of my flights and new ticket with the cost.
I want you to give me a refund including the difference in fare.

Hi,
This is my email that I sent for the refund however this email is to lodge a formal complaint of how Batik operate and how incompetent the team is when handling such matters.
A handful of people had to buy new tickets and Batik only offered to refund what we paid which are the tickets that were purchased a long time ago. Of course buying a new ticket on the spot or over the counter will be more expensive and you guys won’t cover the difference due to your fault. This is unacceptable and probably the last time I will fly Batik.
You are not taking your time to refund the ticket as well. This has been going on for almost 1 month.

The refund happened on 11 September for $86.79 not the full fee of $348.79 which is a joke.
Suggested solution:
Pay back the full fare
