My complaint:

I’ve placed an order online and made a payment. I still did not receive my goods and its a month later now so still no refund. All they do is transfer you from pillar to post no one really cares about treating customers fairly. IT IS A DISGRACE REALLY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
