My complaint:
I bought a Goldair Gas Hob from Makro. I was only able to install it 3 weeks later as the kitchen was under construction. When the installer tested the product prior to installation it was found to be defective. It was immediately put back in its packaging and I lodged a return on the website. Makro then contacted me and asked for a COC. As the product was not installed there was no COC. I then got a call from Makro to tell me that they could not entertain me further without a COC. I now have an unusable product which they refuse to refund me for.
Suggested solution:
I would like to return the product for a full refund.
