My complaint:

We bought on 16.07.22 a HOOVER TWISTER ULTRA 14.8V Vacuum Cleaner for my daughter for a birthday gift. Her birthday was at the end of August , when opening the Box, the chargerwall mount was missing.

The kid was not complete and she cannot use it. The box was closed on one lid with cellotape. We are from Namibia, and were on holiday.

Our total of sales was N$2 666.48 – and was swipe with a BANK WINDHOEK VISA CARD.

We humbly ask for replacement (I lost the slip)
