My complaint:

I have placed an order and it’s been way past its delivery date and still, I haven’t received anything from Makro and when I call I’m not given clear information regarding my order. Super disappointed as I have been given empty promises. super annoyed with Makro’s service.

Suggested solution:

Deliver my order or payback my money if they cant.
