My complaint:
I ordered Lyft to go to John Wayne Airport. Lyft ed it. They were a no show. We almost missed the flight. A family member filled in. We arrived at the airport before the flight was scheduled to depart. Only a short delay in departing saved our making the flight. After arriving at our destination three hours later, we got an email saying they were not going to come and to re-schedule.
