My complaint:
I am sending this complaint about the worst day of my life Lyft driver was on the phone when he pull up then no mask drive all that to the drop off reckless driving caused me to be ejected from my self get out the ride the driver leaves the scene then the rude people they have for Accident team was laughing at me remember the driver left the scene no police report but this company is highly rated for customer safety regardless of the issues also I have any and all my emails even from All state was even more rude being the injured passager treat me with respect and dignity will keeping contacting all resources even a civil case cause he was under your commercial contract period
Suggested solution:
This is the reason why nothing gets resolved because of lack of interest in the customer safety I could've die the driver left the scene loss of my income etc but I'm very angry about going back and forth with Lyft this happened in Feb.22 ,I didn't receive anything period compensate for everything I loss immediately
