My complaint:
I have tried verification of my account on the APP. I submitted the request doucoumet waited for a month only to discover it was rejected, I tried resending the documents again it showing file already existed. I used another document still same result
Suggested solution:
Change the verification process to input ID number, it seems uploading picture of the documents they are not perfect at it
