My complaint:
My trading account with Luno is still locked. I have been through every verification process. I have enabled the 2A authentification system. Luno have called me on the phone and asked several verification questions. Everything has been done, but LUNO still will not unblock my account. I cannot trade at all until they do. I have sent umpteen messages to them to request that someone helps me, and all they do is say, sorry for the delay. This is going into the 3rd week of begging them. It’s absolutely unacceptable. This is my account with my funds in. They have no right to delay matters like this. I appreciate their stern hand on our security, however, this is not acceptable to drag your feet or not communicate results.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account so that I may trade with MY FUNDS.
