Luno complaint: Trying to withdraw my funds

My complaint:

Opened an account in 2020 never used it, Recently opened a new account under same details, It never told me once that i already had an account under the same details, Anyway when i went to withdraw my funds from my new account it would not let me because i already had an account under the same details from 2020, After emailing over 10 times to get this sorted they told me they would need me to email my ID over to them along with a written letter so that they can close my old account which this would then release the funds in my new account, I was told this would take 2 working days, 3 days later ans still nothing, There customer service is appalling

Suggested solution:

reply to there emails and up date my account so i can withdraw my funds and close the account
