My complaint:
I am writing to express my concern regarding the permanent suspension of my account, which occurred on the 7th of August, 2024. I have been a loyal customer, using your services for over three years, and I have always adhered to your terms and conditions.
Despite my efforts to reach out to your support team via email, I have not received any response, which has left me feeling disappointed and unsure of the next steps. I have cryptocurrency in my account that I would like to liquidate and transfer to my local bank account.
