My complaint:
I tried to send crypto to an external wallet and when the transaction was done I received a message via sms to say authorise the payment, however since I lost my phone before this transaction I then sent an email to Luno Support to request that they change authorisation from sms to email.
However this has not been implemented and as a result it delays my transactions.
Suggested solution:
They resolve my complaint by changing the authorisation method from sms to email.
