My complaint:
I have been successfully verified by Luno on numerous occasions. I can to realise that every time the crypto market start to pick up, I receive messages from the platform to verify myself. Having done so successfully every time, I also said that I have moved to Australia however still have financial interests in South Africa and would like to have my crypto currency in ZAR. Two days ago, I received another message saying that my crypto account was blocked! I am unable to withdraw any funds. I immediately tried to withdraw my funds since I do not trust this platform anymore and I was unable to to so since the account was indeed blocked. I feel it is unfair and spiteful of the Luno crypto platform to try and manipulate people!! After numerous messages and emails I did not receive any response from them.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account so that I can withdraw my funds. It was on ZAR 56000 when I tried to withdraw and as such if it has fallen below that they should compensate me.
