My complaint:

On 29October 22i brought one Ikon shaver and within 10 days its motor not working and when returned it to customer care, they will not replace it and send for service and i will get it after one month!!!!

The same happened with a Philip shaver, which i brought 4 months before. They even not send for service,…
When i wanted to see the manager, who is standing very near to me won’t speak to me…

Pls dont buy any shaver from lulu as they are making money by cheating people, by selling sub standard items…

Suggested solution:

I must get a replacement immediately. I cant wait 25 days just to repair a item just brought on 29 October, As i have to use it daily, also i want replacement of philps also which i brought 4 months before...
Also they should stop cheating others also
