My complaint:

RESPECTED SIR,I DR SHIBU ABDUL AZEEZ WORKING IN ALLEVIA MEDICAL CENTER QATAR NEAR THE LULU HYPERMARKET AL MESHAF,WENT FOR PURCHASING IN LULU HYPERMARKET AL MESHAF ON 2012023 AT NIGHT AROUND 11 0 CLOCK.DURING SHOPPING TIME HOME AND APPLIANCES INCHARGE STAFF MR SAYED BEHAVED ME VERY BADLY AND USED ABUSED WORDS TO ME AND MY FAMILY BY HIS OWN COUNTRY LANGUAGE.WE DON’T KNOW HOW A LULU STAFF CAN BEHAVE LIKE THIS INDECENTLY TO THE CUSTOMERS.MORE OVER AROUND 10 TO 15 MINTS HE CALLED ANOTHER SUPPORTING STAFF AND ABUSING US IN FRONT OF ME.ME AND MY FAMILY FELT VERY BAD IN THAT SITUATION AND GOT SHOCKED PLZ DO SOME TRAINING TO THESE STAFF OTHERWISE THEY WILL CONTINUE THE SAME.THEY TALKING AND DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS LIKE A CRIMINAL MENTALITY.THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED AT ALL WHILE WE ARE DOING SHOPPING AND WILL NOT SHOW ANY PRODUCT OF OUR TASTE EVEN IF IT IS THERE ALSO AND ALWAYS TALK TO US VERY RUDELY. ESPECIALLY MR SAYED WORKING IN HOME AND APPLIANCES LULU SUPERMARKET AL MASHAF QATAR,IF WE ASKED HE ALWAYS TELLS OUT OF STOCK OR PRODUCT NOT THERE EVEN IF ITS THERE ALSO…SO MANY TIMES WE NOTICED. IN HIS ABSENCE OTHER STAFFS HELPED US FOR SELECTING VARIETY PRODUCTS….FED OFF WITH THESE TYPES OF SOME INCHARGE STAFFS..AND ONE MORE THING MOST OF THE LULU SUPERMARKETS IN QATAR ARE TIE UP WITH OUR HOSPITAL AN I AM LOOKING CARE OF ALL THE LULU STAFFS HEALTH .THEN ALSO HE IS BEHAVING RUDELY WITH US THEN THINK ABOUT WHAT ABOUT TO OTHER CUSTOMERS.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL
