My complaint:
I have bought a Mi humidifier from Al rai lulu, on Dec, 23. Within only 1 month, it leaked water. I went here deposited for repair/ change. After 2 weeks, they called me said it’s broken, i fall it down, which was totally wrong, because i didnot any history of fall it down. I said that then they replied that they would again info me. Then about 1 month, they didn’t make me a single call. At last , on February,24 , i again called then they said they couldn’t do anything, even their behaviour was very rude. It has an 1 year warranty, still they did try to repair/ exchange it.
Fraud warrenty they are providing, with some mannerless customer care personnels.
Suggested solution:
They must do whatever to make my humidifier ok, either repair or exchange, as i has still 10 months of warrenty i didn't have any history of fall/ damage it by my self.
