Lufthansa complaint: abuse of power, denial of boarding

My complaint:

Lufthansa crew abused their power denying us boarding for refusing to check in our luggage, that was within our allowance.

Suggested solution:

Reimburse us for the booking and extra cost incurred due to their blatant abuse of power.
