My complaint:
Have a 5 yr contract – only 2 yrs old. Refrigerator not working and when I call the appropriate tel was put on hold for over 4 hrs and then disconnected. I ended
Up contacting the Manufacture and paying for service that the warranty should have coveted. What a joke… Will never recommend Lowes to anyone.
Suggested solution:
Pay the bill........
