Complaint: Unable to schedule warranty repairs

My complaint:

Our washer will not dispense fabric softener. A repair time was scheduled and the repairman did not successfully repair the problem. I have tried for two days to get a repairman rescheduled to come out and fix the problem correctly and after being on hold for over an hour I am told their system is updating and they are unable to schedule repairs at this time.
Supposedly I will receive an email from someone but so far nothing.

Suggested solution:

Get a repairman scheduled to come out and fix our washer the right way.
