My complaint:
Purchased a whirlpool dishwasher in 2019 and bought the service contract. Dishwasher failed in May and we made a claim. They assigned it to a third party repair service. The repair service said they needed to get parts. They called and told us they were going to be there Monday July 22nd they never showed up and never called. We have been without a dishwasher for over two months and bought the contract so we would have peace of mind. Still waiting…….No dishwasher!!!
Suggested solution:
At this point they should just provide a replacement because it is obvious they cannot honor their contract.
