My complaint:
Install contractor refuses to remove the old flooring as indicated in Lowes ad flyer. Subcontractor alleges removal is not covered for the project. Later, Service Pros said there was damage in underboards and sent a video I never received to justify the claim. No one from their co has ever been in my home. The point is that I paid over $2,000 for the floor and installation and it has not happened because the subcontractor disagrees with the terms in contract. The issue is in limbo.
Suggested solution:
I request immediate removal of old flooring, install of new one with affirming old boards and a refund percentage for the stress and inconvenience.
