My complaint:
Did not abide by what the sales ticket clearly said. Should have given me the customer what the sales ticket said . No apology from either lady. The light was not on on the Dollar General Sign. The 6 pack bottled cokes were on sale but no sign telling customers.
Suggested solution:
I would like the staff to be reprimanded and these complaints resolved. The self checkout was not working which means they should be willing to check you out in a timely manner. The store manager should go and read the actual ticket at the item to check out and the checkout lady should have spoke up and said to manager that the customer is correct.
