My complaint:
When we bought new refrigerator the sales girl said they would take old one. Delivery guys said they would take old one. We were going to try to get it fixed, both said just call if you change your mind. 2 days later we decided to get rid of it. I called and now they want 40 to take it. No mention of a haul away charge before. Why should I pay 40 to them when the city does it for free.
Suggested solution:
Take old refrigerator for free.
