My complaint:
I used L’oreal excellence creme lightest pearl blonde 10.21. My blonde hair turned red after using this product. I use this colour all the time and never had a problem . I have been in contact with l’oreal customer services and all they offer is advise on to wash my hair until the colour comes out. It is now 3 weeks I have been in touch with them and they shirk responsibility. There was fault with there colour and I am the one now very angry and upset. No blonde hair just an ugly red. I ask for a refund or vouchers to rectify my hair colour. Nothing , not good this is still ongoing. I am not paying for more hair colours they should acknowledge that it is their fault, and send vouchers. Very angry

I would like hair colour vouchers so I can turn my hair colour back to pearl blonde as which I always am.
