My complaint:
On Saturday , March 25 at 5:05 p.m. the carts front wheel dipped into a hole in their sidewalk a few feet from their exit and the cart tipped over itself spilling everything out and I also fell on top of the cart hurting my shins , I have a painful cut on my left shin , an elderly employee retrieving the carts outside saw everything and he asked if I was ok and was apologetic , he picked up a broken orange juice jug and said he will get another to replace it, he admitted that there’s always an orange hazard cone on that small hole because it has happened before , he said that the store removed it but he didn’t know why , I went inside to complain and asked to please place the cone back , the girl at the counter didn’t say anything Im dissapointed with her response , especially that this is probably a frequent issue
Suggested solution:
well , its definitely 100% Loblaws fault for not making sure a hazard cone was always their or they should have repaired it , so they need to compensate me somehow , to the point where I don't need to retain council
