My complaint:
I want to file a complaint for little ceasar because we placed an order back in 5/31/23 and when we received our order our pizza was smashed and topping came off. We contacted the place but didn’t do anything then we contacted their customer service all we got was we’re escalating it. I don’t understand how long do we have to wait for our refunds. All their processing takes so long I was really disappointed and frustrated.
Suggested solution:
They should refunds me the whole amount for the inconvenient and headache.
