Little Caesars complaint: Used App pre paid long wait wrong pizza

My complaint:

I used the App on my phone on 08272021 and ordered an Extra Most Bestest thin crust pizza. Was there in time (3:34 pm) but waited in line at the drive-through and pickup window for over 25 minutes was sitting at the drive up window for almost 20 minutes alone, Then received a standard Hot Ready pizza in the Extra Most Bestest box. The server was very friendly but had no idea what was going on. So I was lied to as when my pizza was coming (3 minutes) and cheated because the server did not check the pizza and I paid for a premium pizza and received a shoddily made standard pizza. I got home to discover a cold badly made standard pizza and your App has no resolution or feedback. I was cheated and the server was just overwhelmed. I tried to call but he just said he was sorry.

Suggested solution:

Money-back and an apology. Or lose a loyal customer. I don't imagine anything will happen. This store has been going down since the pandemic hit and that's just sad.
