My complaint:
Pulled up to store. Go out to go inside. Employee was taping hand written sign to window. Drive through only.
Went to drive through and ordered 1 classic and 1 deep dish pizza. Paid my bill and was told it would take 20-25 minutes to make the deep dish pizza. This was 5:38 pm. M order number was 499954.
I said ok I need to go to another store to get milk. I will be back to get my order.
Came back 20 minutes later and was told I had to go to drive up window to pick up my pizza.
I went around back to drive through and found I was 7th car in line. 15 minutes later realized that people who were ordering specialty pizza were sitting there waiting in line till pizza was done. I waited through two other vehicles that waited for their order.
Finally I arrived window only to be told that my deep dish pizza was just put in the oven and it would be about 10 more minutes.
Ordered my pizza at 5:38 pm picked up my pizza at 6:45 pm.
Will not get my pizza at Little Caesars any more.
I know I am only one customer but I was completely unsatisfied with your service.
