My complaint:
My child works for the Little Caesars in Waycross, Georgia and was told by his supervisormanager that he can never take a break. First of all where do you work on a job that doesn’t allow giving the employeeworker a break after several hours of work. It is the law to allow anyone working for a company at least 2 breaks throughout their work day. It is against the law to not allow them to take a break. Some supervisors will take advantage of innocent hard working people when they think that employee is illiterate or just does not know the law. This problem needs to be rectified or my next contact will be the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs or anyone that the BBB will recommend me to contact.
Suggested solution:
They need to resolve this complaint by following the laws, rules and regulations and policies that allows their employees to take the breaks that they are required. If this does not happen then the supervisormanager needs to be replaced immediately.
