My complaint:
Placed an order and went to location to pick it up and got the wrong order. So went back up there to get the right food and and the 2 lady’s that were on duty wanted to say that we never placed an order. Which i have the receipt proving that there was an order placed. So they said give them 20 min and it would be ready. So went back up there and they were standing around writing on white pieces of paper different cash app names. The door was locked so I stood there until finally they opened the door. Then once again they tried to say that there was never an order placed so of course there was and I once again showed them the receipt and they said that if they were sure-handed they they only have one cook and then it would be a long wait before we get our food and so I sat 15 minutes and she still hadnt made the food so I once again was like what’s going on we need this food like she said well. She still hadn’t started it so I told her that I just wanted to refund and she said that she can do refund because manager wasn’t there then she said that you probably we just have to wait for the food and she gets here when she could I said no I was just want to refund she said let me see your receipts I showed the receipt and then she said what all do you need made she didn’t even know I was supposed to be made it she hadn’t started or anything she was very very very rude and there was a person in it didn’t didn’t work that she was making food for and given it to him before you take care of her customers then that girl was trying to fight me in the parking lot he was very unprofessional definitely will not be going back there and I would definitely like my refund the order is under Orlando Pratt

I would like a full refund and that girl needs to be fired.
