My complaint:
I belong to Amvets, American Legion and VFW-served in Army in Korea. Have been very loyal customers of Little Caesars in this town. On 11-11, we went there for their vet. special pizza – sign on the door said ran out – called, said no substitutions.
said they had been out for 1 12 hours. No excuse for this. They were the only establishment that ran out of this special and I was there within the time frame they advertised. I am going to ask members of my organizations to boycott Little Caesars as they could have easily substituted – were still selling to the public. What a way to treat veterans. Shame on them !!!
Suggested solution:
Redo veterans day special for all vets in this town and issue an apology. they should have given out rainchecks
