My complaint:
They only herd one side of a story I was a new employee that started working there and moved up to shift leader but the manager called me in but not the other person they on said that they seen like the body language on camera but really didn’t know what was going on so they just took the manager side that everyone has told me about when I started working.
So when I called the manager he didn’t answer the phone or the other lead manager she didn’t answer so they talking about termination but didn’t really get my side of the story it’s favoritism and things I seen and know that goes on.
Suggested solution:
By listen to myside of the story to instead of taking one side I am a hard worker always worked hard and a Christian man who is gone tell the truth
