My complaint:

The day I received my order I was totally dissatisfied with the quality of the fabric of the swimwear
No one has been in touch despite trying to contact you
This is appalling service and I knew I could request full refund within 7 days of receipt of order
Obviously time has lapsed wish I’d read all the reviews which I certainly feel I need to do I spend nearly £100

What sort of company does not care
