My complaint:
I bought 4 items (clothes) from lightenthebox website, and the quality of the clothes was low, the colors are pale and not similar to the website images. When I tried to return it, the precess to do was long and unfair. they asked to write 3000 words to explain why I want to return and this was for every item. they asked to take a photo/video for each item to make sure I have received them!! and finally the shipment address is different from the place they sent my the order from. They wanted me to ship to somewhere in Asia, while I received it from local address!
