My complaint:
For over 5 years Lidl Cyprus have continuously sold the full range of Valley Spire cheeses. About a month ago the Vintage cheddar disappeared from the shelves, but all the rest of the range continues to be sold.
I cannot get any satisfactory answer as to why this item has been removed, I’ve either been fobbed off with a Dear Customer standard letter which actually says nothing, or an explanation from someone called Elizavet (customer service Cyprus) stating that the item is not a permanent one(as I said has been sold continuously for at least 5 years).
I queried this response over 2 weeks ago and have had no response.
Suggested solution:
Give me a proper reason why this part of the Valley Spire range has been withdrawn, or start restocking it
